CLEVELAND, Ohio – Authorities have arrested two more people, including a 16-year-old boy, in connection with the fatal shooting of a toddler last week in the city's Stockyards neighborhood. The arrests bring the number of people charged in the death of Luis Diaz to four, police said. The teenager appeared Monday in Cuyahoga County Juvenile Court. The youth, through his attorney, denied allegations that he was involved in the boy's death, a court spokesperson said. The youth is scheduled to have further hearings later this month.
