CLEVELAND - Members of the US Marshals Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force (NOVFTF) and the Ohio State Highway Patrol (OSHP), Special Response Team, arrested Michael Cullen, 35, and 5 other fugitives on Wednesday, who were all wanted for various offenses. Cullen, who was the primary fugitive the task force was attempting to arrest today, was wanted by the Ohio Adult Parole Authority (APA) for a parole violation. Cullen was on parole for prior weapons and drug offenses. Members of the fugitive task force developed information that Cullen was residing at an address near the 2700 block of Seymour Ave.
