CLEVELAND, Ohio – A statewide brewing initiative called 'From the Heart' is coming back for its third iteration to support the Ohio Craft Brewers Association. The beer, an India Pale Ale, will be brewed and served by more than 60 Ohio breweries this May. From the Heart: Volume 3 is being released in conjunction with American Craft Beer Week, which is May 15-21. The neat thing is brewers are allowed to change up the recipe. Each brewery's beer will vary slightly: Participating brewers can add their creative touch by using additional ingredients or processes, allowing drinkers the opportunity to compare and contrast versions.
