A century-old building once home to Al's Crankshaft Cafe in Newburgh Heights, Ohio, has changed ownership. The sale closed Monday to Treh Properties LLC, a Newburgh Heights-based company. Cuyahoga County records do not list a sale price for the deed on the 8,200-square-foot property at 4108 Harvard Ave. The 10,000-square-foot building was built in 1922. It includes three apartment units, a retail storefront and space for a restaurant, which was last used by the Crankshaft Cafe. Treh Properties is an affiliate of Allen Sowa, who is listed as the manager and agent for Al's Crankshaft Cafe.
